That’s a little arugula leaf as the heart… cute, huh?
This salad is so yummy, and really easy. But it’s not very filling and it doesn’t have protein so if you don’t eat it as a side salad, you’ll be hungry again.
Arugula Side Salad
2 cups Baby Arugula
1 Fuji Apple (diced)
1/2 tablespoon Champagne Pear Vinaigrette with Gorgonzola dressing from Trader Joe’s
Combine all ingredients. Enjoy!









I love this salad, it’s easy and refreshing. If anyone really likes this recipe, one made with spinach, strawberries, walnuts and blue cheese is also a great dish for the summer months.

Oh!! I just saw this!! I have arugula and just happen to have Champagne Pear Vinaigrette with Gorgonzola dressing in the fridge. I don’t have a fuji nut I have a bag of TJ’s organic sliced apples. Dinner is served. thx

I love that dressing! I make that same salad frequently but add Trader Joes candied walnuts and 1/2 an avocado:) Yum yum!
